The event, held at the sales centre in Building A’s ground floor, saw over 60 guests including first-time homebuyers and industry professionals. Speakers such as Marco Filice from Liberty Development, Shawn Richardson, and Dan Flomen from Oracle Group Realty shared updates and celebrated the strong interest the project has generated.

One early buyer, Kiefer Pinto, praised his purchase experience. He noted the building’s modern design, unbeatable location near transit, shopping, and parks, and well-thought-out suite layouts. Pinto said the finishes blend style with function, and he felt confident choosing a home at Canopy Towers.

Prices at Canopy Towers start in the $400,000 range. With Phase 1 moving forward and construction for the next stage already under way, Liberty Development emphasizes that this is more than just a modern residence—it’s a hub where community and connectivity come together in an evolving Mississauga.
