Chard, Concert, & Zenterra Among 2025 Georgie Awards Winners

The 33rd Georgie Awards, hosted by the Canadian Home Builders' Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC), celebrated outstanding achievements in homebuilding on March 22, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver. This year's event featured a whimsical Dr. Seuss-inspired theme, adding a playful atmosphere to the prestigious gala.

Concert Properties earned the Best Multi-Family Mid/High Rise Development award for their TESORO project in Vancouver. This recognition highlights their commitment to creating high-quality, innovative residential spaces in British Columbia.
