Toronto CREW, a networking group for women in commercial real estate, has revealed its Board of Directors for 2025–2026. The announcement brings in four new members: Jennifer Kosloski as President‑Elect, Marta Stach as Treasurer, Adriana Fritsch as Director of Programs & Professional Development, and Vincci Wilson as Director of Mentorship & Real Jobs Day. These additions join returning board members in shaping the chapter’s leadership for the year ahead.
The organization made the announcement through a LinkedIn post, where they warmly welcomed the new directors. They also took time to show appreciation for those stepping down—Tania Laroche, Robyn Brown, and Alicia Vera—thanking them for their commitment to advancing Toronto CREW’s mission of promoting women’s leadership and influence in the industry.
Toronto CREW renews its board each year, with members nominating themselves or others through a process overseen by an independent Nominating Committee. To be considered, a nominee must show a genuine interest in the role and familiarity with the organization’s goals—often demonstrated by past committee experience or relevant professional background. This ensures that board members are both passionate and prepared to contribute.
Alongside the new additions, the full 2025–2026 board includes familiar faces. Leading the chapter as President is Vera Gisarov, founder and principal of Studio Athena Inc., whose background includes roles at IA Interior Architects and Quadrangle. Past President Leigh Rosar remains on board, bringing her expertise as Vice President of Marketing for BGO and her prior experience with A1 Innovation Group and Oxford Properties Group.
Secretary duties fall to Diana Pegoraro, Senior Legal Counsel at BMO, who previously worked at Torys LLP and CT REIT. Meanwhile, Ali Maher continues as Director of IDEA & Membership, drawing on experience from DIRTT, YDISTRI, and Brickeye. Heather Kane remains Director of Marketing & Communications and leverages her leadership as EVP of Asset Management at Starlight Investments, with experience from TransGlobe Investment Management.
This refreshed board reflects Toronto CREW’s ongoing commitment to elevating women in commercial real estate, combining proven leaders with new energy. With clear roles and a strong nomination process, the chapter is positioned to continue guiding its members toward meaningful progress in leadership and professional development.
